My Story
Hi, I’m Dr Cheryl!
I have been a registered doctor with the GMC for 13 years, after gaining a medical degree with Merit from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
Following this I gained valuable experience in anaesthetics, ITU, emergency medicine, palliative care, paediatrics and elderly medicine. From consultation skills to practical procedures, all of these roles have transferable skills to the specialty of aesthetics.
I have been a qualified GP for 5 years. This is a job I love, I am passionate about and continue to do working in a busy, inner city NHS GP surgery. In this role I undertake annual appraisal and GMC revalidation to make sure my practice is of the highest, safest standard.
If I am not working, you’ll find me on the school run, taking our cockapoo on long walks (I love a beach walk), on the side lines of grass-root sports or occasionally on my Peloton bike.
