Anti-wrinkle injections use Botulinum toxin to relax the muscles of facial expression which cause unwanted lines and wrinkles. The most common injection areas are the frown, forehead and crows feet.

Botulinum toxin can also be injected into other areas of the face to address other concerns such as chin dimpling, gummy smile, down-turned mouth and can be used to create a "lip flip".

The procedure has minimal downtime and minimal discomfort.

The treatment starts to take effect after 2-4 days, reaching maximum effect at 2 weeks (you will have a review appointment at this time). The treatment lasts on average 3-4 months (depending on patients desired outcome and doses to achieve this).
